Esther Cetina

Esther Cetina is the Workforce Development and Health Equity Director for the Alaska Primary Care Association. She has extensive experience in healthcare administration, project management, and behavioral health management. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Esther excels in building collaborative relationships and driving initiatives that enhance workforce development and health equity across Alaska. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in human services and Psychological Studies.
