Emergency Management

APCA Emergency Preparedness provides Federally Qualified Health Centers with training, technical assistance, and resources to assist in their efforts to prepare for, respond to, recover from all types of disasters and emergencies.

Quality Improvement

APCA’s Quality Improvement Team offers QI training and coaching to assist health centers identify and address opportunities for clinical, operations, and process improvement. This is made available through various projects.

Health Center Controlled Network HCCN

Funded by HRSA, the purpose of the HCCN is to improve and sustain quality of care and health outcomes of our patients by supporting a network of health centers to advance the use of health information and data analytics.

Project ECHO

ECHO is a model of inter-professional education and case-based learning, which aims to democratize clinical knowledge and deliver best-practice care to people in communities that lack ready access to specialists. We currently have two ECHO series that will be launching in 2022; Community Health Worker ECHO and Patient Navigation ECHO.

Peer Networks

The APCA provides members with the ability to connect with and learn from each other through peer networks that link organizations and individuals across the state.

Finance and Grant Management

APCA provides numerous resources for health centers needing support with financial management, grants management, billing, and operations issues including HRSA operational site visit assistance and fee analysis.
