What You’ll Do
- Provide individual therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children, including treatment for substance use disorders and couples counseling, based on training, licensure, and clinical interest

- Strong clinical judgment, warmth, and professionalism
- Comfort working with patients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing learning
- Ability to work in person at our clinic in Girdwood at least part of each week
A hybrid telebehavioral health schedule may be possible for a portion of the workweek, depending on patient needs and clinic operations; however, regular on-site presence is an essential expectation of this role.
Why Join Turnagain Community Health
- Mission-driven work with deep community impact
- Supportive, collaborative team culture
- Opportunity to build long-term therapeutic relationships
- Competitive compensation and benefits
- Loan repayment eligibility (NHSC), depending on position and qualifications
- Stunning setting at the base of the Chugach Mountains
