The Alaska Primary Care Association is proud to recognize community health leadership and accomplishment through three annual recognition programs. Each award celebrates the people and Community Health Centers (CHCs) driving high-quality, compassionate care across Alaska.
Health Center Awards – Highlights outstanding leadership in education, clinical practice, and innovation. Its highest awards recognize individuals who have made a lasting impact on Alaska’s CHCs.
Quality & Resiliency Awards – Recognizes CHCs that demonstrate exceptional performance in UDS Clinical Quality Measures, including diabetes control, depression screening and follow-up, breast cancer screening, and colorectal cancer screening.
Health Center Super Stars Awards – Recognizes CHC employees who go above and beyond in serving their patients and communities. These honorees embody the spirit of community health through dedication, teamwork, and commitment to providing outstanding care.

Lifetime Contribution Award

Rainbow Award
