Security Risk Assessments for Member Health Centers
The Alaska Primary Care Association (APCA) is soliciting quotes to secure a vendor with software and (remote) supporting services to provide annual Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) for our Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) participants. The Security Risk Assessments must be compliant with 45 CFR 164.308.
Subrecipient Community Health Worker (CHW) Program
The Alaska Primary Care Association is seeking 15 Subrecipients to partner with APCA in recruiting, hiring, and training Community Health Workers (CHWs). Subrecipients will employ and mentor one CHW to support their community and enhance healthcare outcomes.
