Alaska Community Health Network
The Alaska Community Health Network (ACHN) is Alaska’s community health clinically integrated network. It is composed of Community Health Centers located throughout the state of Alaska to combine resources & to leverage the positions of its members as leading primary care provider organizations in their communities. Its purpose is to improve health outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and participate in shared savings contracts for the more than 30,000 patients we serve to increase the resilience and sustainability of Alaska’s Community Health Centers.
