This session will guide participants through creating a fee schedule by understanding the cost of each patient encounter, reviewing reimbursement rates, and setting clear policies and procedures that align fees with operational costs to strengthen revenue while keeping care fair and affordable.

Event Details
Alaska Community Health Center staff and leaders are invited to join a live training session focused on understanding and using the HRSA Behavioral Health Service Expansion (BHSE) funding. This session will also include a review of the HHS Roadmap for Behavioral Health Integration.
Participants will learn how to increase the number of patients receiving mental health, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) services, as well as strategies for documentation best practices, project design, and measuring progress. The session will also feature a deep dive into Alaska-specific data to highlight the importance of behavioral health services and their prevalence in our state.
