The Alaska Primary Care Association invites Community Health Center staff and leadership to join the Pre-Conference Fee Analysis Workshop — a virtual training led by Sonia Handforth-Kome. This session will guide participants through creating a fee schedule by understanding the cost of each patient encounter, reviewing reimbursement rates, and setting clear policies and procedures that align fees with operational costs to strengthen revenue while keeping care fair and affordable.
