CRNA is a Tribal Health Organization established through six compacted Ahtna Villages; Cantwell, Gakona, Gulkana, Kluti-Kaah, Mentasta and Tazlina.

Through our Promise Statement, our tribes continue the tradition of caring for this region. More than 140 dedicated staff members are committed to providing exceptional health care to the entire Ahtna Region.
