CRNA is a Tribal Health Organization established through six compacted Ahtna Villages; Cantwell, Gakona, Gulkana, Kluti-Kaah, Mentasta and Tazlina.

Through our Promise Statement, our tribes continue the tradition of caring for this region. We understand providing excellent health care requires a comprehensive approach that respects the connection between emotional, physical, spiritual, and community health. Our philosophy is rooted in respect for Ahtna culture with a commitment to pursuing the latest in research, science, and technology to provide the best possible outcomes for all our clients "from treasured infant to honored elder." More than 140 dedicated staff members are committed to providing exceptional health care to the entire Ahtna Region.
