If you are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Alaska and have at least 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services, please keep reading.
Position Summary:
This full-time position requires a strong team player and a self-starter. You will work in collaboration with the primary healthcare team providing behavioral healthcare within scope of practice. Provides screening, assessment, diagnoses, evaluation, crisis intervention, treatment, consultation, care coordination and case management, education, referral, advocacy and other related outpatient services. You will make clinical recommendations and refer to appropriate levels of care in a team-based setting.

Education & Training Requirements
- This position requires a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social or behavioral science.
- Must have or be able to obtain an unrestricted Alaska State license as a Licensed Clinical social Worker and be in good standing with their credentialing board.
- Must pass necessary fingerprinting, Level II background checks and employment eligibility verification through the U. S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system, https://e-verify.uscis.gov/emp
- At least five (5) years of experience in behavioral health with at least two (2) years as an LCSW.
- Experience working in behavioral health in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting preferred.
- Experience working in a remote and/or rural setting.
