Melissa White

Melissa White is the Organizational Director for the Alaska Primary Care Association. She is passionate about fostering coaching and career growth opportunities for all Alaskans.

Melissa has been with APCA since June 2023, as the Senior Manager of Workforce. Before joining APCA, she led teams in developing and implementing key initiatives in workforce, organizational development, and leadership.

When she isn’t working towards impactful change, Melissa enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two Labradors.
