Carri Crater, MBA, is the Director of Organizational Development at the Alaska Primary Care Association. Carri has 15 years of experience in project management and organizational development and 10 years of experience with recruitment. She is interested in helping people shine and find their passions, while also evaluating the intersection of people, processes, and technology to help organizations thrive.

An outdoor enthusiast and an Alaskan transplant, Carri also enjoys fashion, home décor and cooking.
